About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized WPN Administration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our WPN team, you will be responsible for strengthening and evangelizing the growth of the Wizards Play Network (WPN) through onboarding new retailers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to onboard new retailers and strengthen existing relationships.
  • Facilitate account management tasks, including store moves, ownership transfers, and account updates.
  • Review WPN application submissions to ensure standards are upheld and that retailers are properly onboarding.
  • Research local business documentation guidelines and investigate the context of independent businesses in different regions.
  • Review and update the WPN Orientation program to ensure new retailers receive up-to-date information and are primed to provide excellent experiences to their customers.
  • Support WPN Global Account Services Specialists and WPN Business Development Specialists as needed.
Requirements
  • Self-motivated with the ability to establish priorities and effectively manage time to complete multiple tasks within specified timeframes.
  • Able to build healthy relationships with WPN retailers, third-party vendors, leadership, peers, and cross-functional teams alike.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to navigate growth conversations with retailers and overcome objections.
  • Organized with an eye towards improving efficiencies and simple, scalable processes.
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business or an associated field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience working in a WPN retail store is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Wizards' games and WPN programs is preferred.
  • Understanding of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Tableau, Confluence, and SharePoint is preferred.
  • Competent digital literacy and the ability to learn new platforms in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work onsite at our headquarters in Renton, WA at least two days per week.
Additional Details

Please note that this is a temporary assignment providing services to Wizards through an external staffing agency. If you are selected for this assignment, you will be employed by Eastridge as a W2 employee and will not be an employee of Wizards.

Employment Type: Contingent Worker

Location: Renton, WA

Duration: 9 months

Starting Pay Range: $26/hour

Pay Range End: $50/hour
