About the Role

Teresian House is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Plant Operations Department. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our department, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Clerical Support: Provide administrative assistance to the department, including data entry, record-keeping, and maintenance of filing systems.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as visual graphing tools and other software applications.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including timesheets, scheduling, and employee time-off tracking.
  • Communication: Prepare written communications to staff, including meeting notifications, deadlines, and other important information.
  • Supply Management: Order supplies and equipment, match packing slips to invoices, and submit paperwork for department purchases to the finance department.
  • Reporting: Compile data for monthly and quarterly reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
