We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operational functions of our office. Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other written materials

- Receive and process mail and fax documents, and maintain paper and electronic filing systems
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Experience working in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of office administration and management principles
