Position Summary:

Your primary responsibilities will include preparing high-quality meals swiftly and adhering to food safety standards and presentation guidelines. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch food items promptly and in a friendly manner. You will assist the Retail Store Manager in delivering outstanding food service and fostering a workplace culture that embodies our Company values.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome all customers warmly to create a friendly atmosphere. In the food service area, ensure adherence to recipes and food preparation procedures, including proper wrapping and labeling of food items. Maintain cleanliness and organization in food presentation and workspaces, following food safety preparation and sanitation protocols. Operate the cash register efficiently, processing transactions in a friendly manner to reduce customer wait times (if applicable). Uphold the cleanliness and overall appearance of the food service area. Monitor inventory levels on the sales floor, including coolers and hot food displays, rotating stock to maintain full product availability. Exemplify Company values, programs, processes, and policies through your actions. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Manager or designated personnel in their absence. Must be capable of fulfilling the essential functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodations.Working Relationships: Collaborate with store team members, the Store Manager, District Manager, and various corporate personnel and vendors.

Minimum Education: N/A
Preferred Education: High School diploma or GED
Minimum Experience: N/A
Preferred Experience: 3-6 months in retail or guest service within the food industry
Preferred Licenses/Certifications and Skills: ServSafe/Food Safety certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
Essential Soft Skills:
Comfortable engaging with customers and team members. High energy and enthusiasm. Ability to transition quickly between tasks. Team-oriented, willing to assist others. Basic computer skills are beneficial.Scheduling: This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, requiring flexibility to work various hours, including day and night shifts, as locations may operate 24 hours. Weekend and holiday availability is necessary.
Hours & Conditions: Part-time (up to 29 hours) and full-time hours available.
Travel: Minimal travel required (5%).
Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Must be able to stand or walk for 8 hours a day; reach overhead, bend, squat, twist, and work in cooler environments (cold temperatures). The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate.
Additional Information: Specialized attire is required in food service establishments.
