This position assists the Retail Store Manager in delivering outstanding culinary experiences and fostering a workplace that embodies our company values.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome all customers warmly to create a friendly atmosphere. When assigned to food preparation, ensure that recipes and food handling procedures are accurately followed, including proper wrapping and labeling of food items. Maintain impeccable cleanliness in food presentation and work areas, adhering to established food safety and sanitation protocols, as well as equipment maintenance. Efficiently operate the cash register, processing transactions in a friendly manner to reduce customer wait times (where applicable). Uphold the overall cleanliness and appearance of the food service area. Monitor inventory levels on the sales floor, including coolers and hot food displays, rotating stock, and ensuring product availability to meet customer demand and achieve company goals. Exemplify company values and policies in all actions. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Manager or designated personnel in their absence. Capable of executing the essential functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodations.

Working Relationships: Collaborate with store team members, the Store Manager, District Manager, and various corporate personnel and vendors.

Preferred Experience: 3-6 months in retail or guest service within the food industry

Preferred Licenses/Certifications and Skills: ServSafe/Food Safety certification is advantageous but not mandatory.

Soft Skills:

Comfortable engaging with customers and team members. High energy and enthusiasm. Ability to transition quickly between tasks. Team-oriented with a willingness to assist others. Basic computer skills are beneficial.

Scheduling: This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, requiring flexibility in working hours, including day and night shifts, as locations may operate 24 hours. Weekend and holiday availability is necessary.

Hours & Conditions: Part-time (up to 29 hours) and full-time hours available.

Travel: Minimal travel required (approximately 5%).

Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Must be able to stand or walk for 8 hours a day; reach overhead, bend, squat, twist, and grip. Work may involve exposure to cooler temperatures. The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate.

Other: Specialized attire is required in food service establishments.
