You will assist the Retail Store Manager in delivering outstanding food service and fostering a workplace that embodies the Company's values.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome all customers warmly to create a friendly atmosphere. When working in the food service area, ensure adherence to recipes and food preparation protocols, including proper wrapping and labeling of food items. Maintain cleanliness and organization in food presentation and workspaces, upholding company standards and following food safety and sanitation procedures. Operate the cash register efficiently, processing transactions with a friendly demeanor to reduce customer wait times (if applicable). Keep the food service area tidy and visually appealing. Monitor inventory levels on the sales floor, including coolers and hot food displays, ensuring stock rotation and availability to meet customer demand and achieve the Company's goal of maintaining 100% stock levels. Exemplify the execution of Company values, programs, processes, and policies. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Store Manager or designated personnel in their absence. Must be capable of fulfilling the essential functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodations.

Working Relationships: Collaborate with store team members, the Store Manager, District Manager, and various corporate personnel and vendors.

Requirements

Minimum Education: N/A

Preferred Education: High School diploma or GED

Minimum Experience: N/A

Preferred Experience: 3-6 months in retail or customer service within the food industry

Preferred Licenses/Certifications and Skills: ServSafe/Food Safety certification is advantageous but not mandatory.

Soft Skills:

Comfortable engaging with customers and team members. High energy and enthusiasm. Ability to transition between tasks efficiently. Team-oriented with a willingness to assist others. Basic computer skills are beneficial.

Scheduling: This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, requiring flexibility to work various hours, including day and night shifts, as locations may operate 24 hours. Weekend and holiday availability is necessary.

Hours & Conditions: Part-time (up to 29 hours) and full-time hours available.

Travel: 5%.

Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Must be able to stand or walk for 8 hours a day; reach overhead, bend, squat, twist, and work in cooler environments (cold temperatures). The noise level in the workplace is typically moderate.

Other: Specialized attire is required in food service establishments.
