Position Summary:

As an HVAC Installation Support Technician, you will be instrumental in assisting our experienced HVAC installers in executing high-quality installations in residential environments. Your responsibilities will include aiding in the installation of diverse HVAC systems, performing necessary equipment upgrades, and maintaining rigorous safety and customer satisfaction standards. Your enthusiasm and eagerness to learn will be key to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist HVAC installers with the setup of systems such as furnaces, air conditioning units, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and thermostats in residential properties.
  • Support equipment and parts upgrades as required to fulfill customer needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure precise and efficient installations.
  • Comply with all safety protocols and industry regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the installation process, contributing to overall client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Some experience or training in HVAC installation or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn.
  • Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
