  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Return phone messages promptly and provide follow-up support as needed.
  • Generate insurance quotes and provide accurate information to clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Maintain client relationships through follow-up phone calls and ensure a high level of client retention.
  • Obtain prospect information and enter it into quote sheets.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to maintain a high level of product loyalty.
  • Provide ongoing support to insurance clients as needed.
  • Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • 440 license required.
  • Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-through, and follow-up.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Follow through and exceed client expectations.
  • Great customer service skills.
