Seed Sales Manager

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Seed DSM to lead the direct sales activities of Seed Dealers within a territory in Minnesota.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and review business plans with Seed Dealers, including marketing strategies to increase market penetration.
- Recruit and train new Seed Dealers to build a strong network of seed customers within the area.
- Assist Seed Dealers in distributing products efficiently and negotiating prices with customers.
- Agronomy degree or relative experience.
- Proven Agronomy Sales experience with crop inputs, including Seed.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.
- Sales Leader, Relationship-Builder, and Negotiator.
- Proficient with Computer Technology and social media.
