Job Summary

The District Sales Manager will be responsible for managing all sales activities within a defined district, focusing on meeting sales targets. This role will oversee a team of Account Executives, driving team performance and developing new business with existing customers and acquiring new customers across a named account list.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute sales motions and campaigns to drive territory growth
  • Develop and deliver effective sales presentations to customers
  • Manage a professional sales team, overseeing performance and motivating and mentoring the team
  • Establish and develop strong partner relationships within the assigned district
  • Work with marketing to create brand awareness
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of previous sales management experience required
  • Minimum 5+ years background in an outside sales role, supporting strategic accounts
  • Experience working with C-Level executives
Requirements
  • Strong selling, deal qualification, closing, and accurate forecasting skills
  • Strategic leadership/management skills, ability to drive execution of strategic plans
  • Excellent time management, planning, and organization skills
About the Role

This is a remote position with a home office setup, but requires residing in the dedicated district to support business needs. The District Manager is expected to spend 50% or more of the time outside of an office, interfacing and building relationships with existing and potential SHI customers, identifying new opportunities, networking, and following up on potential leads.
