Job Summary

ERI - Energy Recruiters is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the Lubricants Business Unit as a General Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and operations management, with a focus on lubricant products and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Forecast and achieve annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including mines and power plants
• Manage prospective clients and determine the frequency of solicitations to build a sustainable customer base
• Achieve all budget targets and review monthly and annual expenses
• Work with the sales team to prepare marketing budgets and carry out promotion and marketing campaigns to support business growth and brand awareness
• Monitor customer satisfaction and solve/report any issues that may compromise quality of products and services

Requirements

• Strong customer relation skills with a results-oriented approach
• Excellent supplier relationships and knowledge of lubricant products
• Current Lubricants Management responsibilities
• Bachelor`s degree or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with laws and regulations governing proprietary fleet operations (DOT regulations)
• Strong background in Sales/Sales Management and Customer Service and Account Management
