Global Retail Business Development Manager

At Netflix, we're always on the lookout for talented individuals who can help us bring our members' favorite stories to life. As a Senior Manager, Retail Business Development, you'll play a key role in leading our retail relationships in the US and Canada with key mass, ecom, and specialty accounts. Your goal will be to ensure that Netflix consumer products are an extension of title brands and deliver on our promise to bring our fans' favorite stories to retail.
About the Role- Develop and lead execution of the strategy for key US & Canada retail accounts aligned to business goals.
- Manage relationships with key retail partners, ensuring alignment on product launches, promotions, and merchandising strategies across all categories.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define and develop retail go-to-market plans with an audience-first approach.
- Analyze and scale business opportunities, identifying key revenue drivers.
- Evaluate and negotiate retail deals to grow the footprint of Netflix IP.
- 12+ years of experience in building and owning the end-to-end retail function at a reputable entertainment or lifestyle brand.
- Thorough understanding of the US retail landscape and established relationships with key retail accounts.
- Proven track record of scaling businesses, including established and nascent brands at retail.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written communication, and presentation skills.
