Job Summary:
TransPerfect is seeking a highly skilled Director of Business Development to join our Gaming Solutions team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth for our gaming industry clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Source and close new clients through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other means
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients by delivering elite client service and engaging them with industry knowledge
• Formulate sales plans to achieve sales targets and generate daily outreach efforts to prospective clients
• Build a productive pipeline and manage each phase of the sales process
• Understand and articulate TransPerfect's full line of business offerings, capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages, and identify and refer opportunities to specialist sales and client service teams
• Set and manage client expectations while consulting with each client for best practices
• Manage and control pricing and contractual issues
• Travel domestically and internationally for client meetings and conferences

Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• At least 3-7 years of sales experience selling to the gaming industry
• Proven global sales life cycle experience - lead generation through business closing with selling into Top 10 Gaming companies
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Established capabilities managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
