We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to join our team as Senior Vice President of Digital Transformation and Innovation. This role will be responsible for driving our technology strategy and executing it in alignment with business objectives.

About the Role

The Senior Vice President of Digital Transformation and Innovation will lead our digital strategy, including AI and innovation, ensuring alignment between business goals and technology initiatives. This role will also own enterprise architecture and data architecture, driving the development and execution of a strategic technology roadmap that integrates both new capabilities and legacy system modernization.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, with a proven track record in digital strategy, enterprise architecture, program and portfolio management, and organizational change management. They will also have experience leading SaaS transformations and platform modernization initiatives, including legacy system migrations in large organizations.

The Senior Vice President will work across product management, engineering, technical operations, cybersecurity, and data functions to align cross-functional efforts and ensure business value is delivered through technology initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead digital strategy, including AI and innovation, ensuring alignment between business goals and technology initiatives.
  • Own enterprise architecture and data architecture, driving the development and execution of a strategic technology roadmap.
  • Ensure the technology roadmap translates into effective work intake processes, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic impact and resource availability.
  • Oversee program management, ensuring all technology initiatives and programs are executed efficiently, with measurable outcomes that align with business objectives.
  • Manage organizational change management to support the successful adoption of new technologies and business process transformations.
  • Collaborate across product management, engineering, technical operations, cybersecurity, and data teams to drive alignment and ensure the roadmap is executed effectively.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, with a proven track record in digital strategy, enterprise architecture, program and portfolio management, and organizational change management.
  • Proven experience leading SaaS transformations and platform modernization initiatives, including legacy system migrations in large organizations.
  • Ability to manage work intake, annual planning, and budgeting, ensuring alignment of resources with strategic goals.
  • Strong track record in enterprise architecture and data architecture development and execution, driving long-term scalability and technology alignment with business needs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work across product management, engineering, cybersecurity, and business leadership teams.
