Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Shared Services Coordinator to join our team at Piedmont Healthcare. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide exceptional customer service to our employees, executives, and physicians, while assisting with various projects and communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement projects and communications plans, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Support HR operations by coordinating services, policies, and programs, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including employees, executives, and physicians, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 year of HR experience and 2 years of customer service or relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in HR software and systems a plus.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative and able to communicate effectively with all departments, with a focus on providing excellent service to internal stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with HR software and systems, including PeopleSoft ESS and MSS.
  • Strong HR background, with a focus on benefit plan administration.
