About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized HR Coordinator to join our team at Universal Health Services. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources Department and representing the department to internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Represent the Human Resources Department to internal and external customers, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Perform HR and administrative duties, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
  • Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Provide support for office operations, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ordering supplies, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous administrative assistant/clerical duties in a fast-paced office setting preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
  • Computer literate and strong clerical skills required.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain composure and professionalism in all situations.
  • Strong customer relations/interpersonal skills required.
  • Must maintain high level of confidentiality.
