Job Title: HR Operations Coordinator

Integrated Resources is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions, including personnel file management, extended workforce management, and tier one employee issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage personnel files and maintain accurate records
  • Support the hiring and termination processes for extended workforce members
  • Address and resolve tier one employee issues, providing first-line support and escalating as necessary
  • Assist with HR Home maintenance and updates
  • Coordinate pre-boarding activities, including on-site day 1 services and launching onboarding plans
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
