We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team at Caring Transitions of Greater Worcester as a Senior Care Business Development Specialist.

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families by providing exceptional senior transition services.

As a Senior Care Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong partnerships with real estate offices, assisted living facilities, retirement communities, and elder law attorneys to expand our outreach in Worcester and Middlesex County.

You will drive a consistent stream of referrals from our partnerships to uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional senior transition services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with referral sources to expand our outreach.
  • Drive a consistent stream of referrals to uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional senior transition services.
  • Create and oversee reports to monitor progress and achievements.
  • Participate in our online training program that specializes in senior transitions.
  • Utilize our CRM system to track activities and advancements.

Requirements:

  • Experience with successful results is preferred over education.
  • Must possess outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities and the capacity to negotiate effectively.
  • Possess a positive attitude and strong sense of purpose with the aptitude to develop a passion for the goals and objectives of the company.
  • Self-starter with good organization and time management capabilities.
  • Able to work in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and proficient with social media for engaging and developing a loyal customer base with unique ideas.
