Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at EF Senior Care. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our recruiting and employee relations processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruiting:
    • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
    • Source and screen candidates, and assist with the interview process.
    • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and providing benefits information.
    • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports to management.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, providing support and guidance as needed.
    • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner.
    • Develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs to enhance employee engagement.
    • Collaborate with management to develop and implement employee training programs.
  • Other:
    • Perform routine audits of HR processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Develop and implement special projects as assigned by management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a senior care or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in HRIS/Payroll systems and Microsoft Office.
