Healthcare Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development - Community Relations professional to join our team at Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for promoting our ABA therapy services, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective marketing and outreach strategies to promote our ABA therapy services.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, psychologists, and diagnostic centers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with healthcare organizations and third-party payers.
- Manage and analyze referral data to inform marketing efforts and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales and marketing experience in healthcare, mental health, education, or related therapies field.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience in sales and marketing in the service industry.
- Ability to travel and work independently.
