About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Medicaid Done Right. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for cultivating business relationships and driving results in the long-term care industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with long-term care facilities, families, and caregivers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimal results.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in Medicaid, preferably as a Business Office Manager (BOM) in a Nursing Home setting.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, case management experience.
  • Strong customer service skills, ability to listen and understand needs and communicate effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve goals set by your supervisor.
  • Knowledge and possession of Notary commission.
  • The ability to manage multiple cases at once, requiring excellent organization and time-management skills.
  • Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive materials is imperative.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret company policies and procedures, define problems, identify alternatives, and implement solutions.
  • The accurate and timely preparation of reports as required by your supervisor.
  • Daily, consistent, and positive interaction with clients, facilities, and team members.
  • High school diploma or GED.
