Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with long-term care facilities, families, and caregivers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimal results.
- 1 year of experience in Medicaid, preferably as a Business Office Manager (BOM) in a Nursing Home setting.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, case management experience.
- Strong customer service skills, ability to listen and understand needs and communicate effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to achieve goals set by your supervisor.
- Knowledge and possession of Notary commission.
- The ability to manage multiple cases at once, requiring excellent organization and time-management skills.
- Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive materials is imperative.
- Ability to analyze and interpret company policies and procedures, define problems, identify alternatives, and implement solutions.
- The accurate and timely preparation of reports as required by your supervisor.
- Daily, consistent, and positive interaction with clients, facilities, and team members.
- High school diploma or GED.
