Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and direction to housekeeping and laundry staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all areas of the building meet our high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a team of housekeeping and laundry staff, including scheduling and performance management.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and management of housekeeping and laundry supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to maintain our high standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including maintenance and resident services, to ensure seamless operations and excellent resident experience.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role in housekeeping and laundry operations.
- Proven leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to converse with staff, residents, and families in English.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
