Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a team of housekeeping and laundry staff, including scheduling and performance management.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role in housekeeping and laundry operations.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to converse with staff, residents, and families in English.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
