The Role: Full-Time Front Desk Coordinator, Monday-Friday 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections of common areas, units, and grounds, documenting any observations.
  • Manage incoming calls, directing them appropriately and taking messages as needed.
  • Oversee guest registrations and monitor resident activities.
  • Collect rental payments, prepare bank deposits, and maintain records of maintenance requests.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new residents, including application processing and explaining community guidelines.
  • Help prepare reports on vacancies and delinquency, and participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

What You Bring: Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills are essential. You should be able to interact with residents, colleagues, and visitors with sound judgment, a positive demeanor, and self-control. The ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment is crucial, along with a commitment to safety protocols.

Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Familiarity with federal and state housing regulations and property management software such as OneSite or NextGen is preferred, but training will be provided if necessary.
