Front Desk Representative

At BBL Hospitality, we are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register guests into the hotel in a prompt and courteous manner, utilizing up-selling techniques to maximize room rates.
- Check guests out of the hotel, processing customer payments according to established policies and procedures.
- Respond to guest requests promptly, promoting hotel services, facilities, and outlets to increase guest satisfaction.
- Resolve guest complaints to the satisfaction of the customer, informing the supervisor of major problems or complaints.
- Book guest reservations or coordinate with the reservation center.
- Handle departmental accounting of moneys, receipts, guest accounts, and other forms of credit, posting all charges and completing the cashier's report.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical requirements include speaking, hearing, reading, writing, typing, lifting, and carrying.
