Position Summary

We are seeking a Program Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in guiding a team of cross-functional specialists to deliver customer-centric products and services. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing project, pricing, and program strategies to ensure ongoing value delivery to our business and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and direct program schedules and budgets effectively.
  • Monitor relevant metrics and drive actions based on outcomes.
  • Provide expertise in contract negotiations as necessary.
  • Oversee interdepartmental activities to ensure adherence to product development timelines, quality standards, and business metrics.
  • Review program proposals to address time frames, funding needs, procedures, staffing requirements, and resource allocation.
  • Establish work plans and staffing for each program phase, coordinating recruitment or personnel assignments.
  • Manage product life cycle activities, ensuring alignment with P&L and customer satisfaction across various account complexities.
  • Serve as the primary communication channel for customers, addressing escalations as needed.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction reviews and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain and develop business relationships with clients.
  • Ensure project and program deliverables are consistently met.
  • Maintain excellent customer relations with both new and existing clients.
  • Support production sites regarding projects, costs, and customer-related matters through business acumen and expertise.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Services/RMA business.
  • Minimum of 5 years as a Program Manager.
  • Accountability for program health and performance.
  • Understanding of P&L responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in an electronic manufacturing environment.
