Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled LPN Clinical Programs Coordinator to join our team at Ascension. This role will be responsible for coordinating nursing program activities and resources within a clinical specialty or department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee program activities, making recommendations and serving as a resource for nursing staff related to patient care and clinical standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and document care plans and therapy programs, contributing to the plan-of-care therapy program and ensuring its implementation as indicated.
  • Coordinate, assemble, and maintain documentation as required, and may coordinate nursing staff.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Practical/Vocational Nurse credential from the Texas Board of Nursing, obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • A BLS Provider certification, preferably from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • A High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
