About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative at Sportsman's Warehouse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers. This includes greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store satisfied

* Process sales quickly and accurately, handling cash and credit transactions with ease

* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the checkout area and surrounding areas

* Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise

* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers

* Perform other tasks as necessary, including assisting with visual merchandising and maintaining store displays

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions

* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
