Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Representative to support our team in delivering exceptional service to our members. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in financial products and a strong ability to listen to member needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound calls from members and execute financial transactions with precision and accuracy.
- Proactively identify and recommend optimal products and services tailored to members' needs, ensuring a memorable and positive experience.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of services, including insurance, investments, and mortgages, to provide expert advice and guidance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, achieving quarterly performance metrics and service objectives, as well as quarterly sales targets.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a dynamic customer service environment is required.
- Demonstrated ability to listen to member needs and recommend suitable financial products.
- Comfortable working under deadlines in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high service standards.
- Excellent listening skills with the ability to ask insightful questions, address objections, and understand member concerns.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
