Clinical Team Leader

We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Coordinator for our specialized educational institution.
This institution caters to students in grades K-6, offering behavioral support to those diagnosed with mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, conduct disorders, or PTSD. Our team integrates educational practices with mental health support, behavioral management, and the execution of treatment plans.
As a Licensed Clinical Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our organization, forming impactful relationships with resilient youth. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the clinical staff, delivering both individual and group therapy sessions, and collaborating closely with Behavioral Health Professionals within the institution. Regular individual supervision and monthly consultations with our seasoned clinical team will be provided to enhance your professional development.
This role aligns with the academic calendar, offering breaks during school vacations and a 6-week Extended School Year Program during the summer months. We prioritize professional growth through agency-sponsored training and workshops.
Compensation: $62,000-$70,000

Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling
- Current licensure as a Master Social Worker (LMSW-cc or LCSW) or LCPC or LCPC-cc in Maine
- A valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- Experience working with children facing mental health challenges
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A positive attitude coupled with a robust work ethic
