Job Summary
We're looking for a skilled Licensed Clinical Coordinator to provide supervisions over the clinical team, individual and group therapy for students, and work in collaboration with Behavioral Health Professionals within the Academy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision to the team
- Develop and implement individual and group therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with Behavioral Health Professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in weekly individual supervision and monthly consultation with the clinical team
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW-cc or LCSW) or LCPC or LCPC-cc in the state of Maine
- Valid drivers license and proof of auto insurance
- Experience working with children with mental health challenges
- Organized and able to prioritize a workload
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
