Role Overview

The Senior Retail Operations Leader plays a pivotal role in the success of our retail locations, exemplifying the behaviors essential for influencing all facets of our business, including sales and operational excellence.

This individual demonstrates outstanding performance not only through their work but also by embodying the highest standards of our brand. They are versatile team players, capable of adapting to various roles within the retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership:
• Understands and aligns with organizational goals, making strategic decisions in collaboration with Store Management.
• Champions and cultivates a team culture that meets Tapestry's sales and service expectations.
• Implements sales strategies and initiatives to drive growth across all product categories.
• Collaborates with management to adapt business strategies and personal selling techniques to enhance overall store performance.

Productivity Management:
• Holds the sales team accountable for achieving personal sales targets.
• Optimizes client engagement strategies in partnership with Store Management, monitoring progress to meet business objectives.
• Builds trust and credibility with both team members and customers, serving as a personal fashion consultant to achieve business results.

Operational Excellence:
• Manages daily operational tasks in accordance with Tapestry standards, demonstrating adaptability to business needs.
• Exhibits strong business acumen and maintains effective communication with supervisors.
• Ensures the upkeep of store premises in collaboration with corporate resources.

Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in retail, preferably within a luxury service environment.
• In-depth knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape.
