Job Summary

American Hardwood Industries is seeking an Office Administrator to join our team in West Point, VA. This part-time opportunity is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Answer multi-line phone system and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Assist with HR duties, including hiring and onboarding processes.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in an office environment, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
