American Hardwood Industries is seeking an Office Administrator to join our team in West Point, VA. This part-time opportunity is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Answer multi-line phone system and respond to customer inquiries.
- Assist with HR duties, including hiring and onboarding processes.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in an office environment, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
