We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This full-time Fixed term - (3 months) role is responsible for maintaining an efficient, organized, and smooth-running office.
About the Role:- Scanning Documents: The ideal candidate will be skilled at digitizing physical documents with precision, ensuring that all information is accessible and organized in a digital format.
- Uploading Documents into Zen: The successful candidate will upload scanned documents into Zen, guaranteeing secure storage and easy retrieval for the team.
- Filing: Maintaining a well-structured filing system, both physical and digital, is essential for this role.
- Perform Checks: A keen eye for detail is required to review documents, ensure everything is accounted for, and that files are complete and properly organized.
- Purging Documents: The ability to purge outdated or unnecessary documents while adhering to company guidelines and maintaining system integrity is crucial.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with document management systems like Zen are necessary.
- Ability to Work Independently: The successful candidate should be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
The salary for this role is estimated at $45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
