Key Responsibilities- Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Information Management: Manage confidential information and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel.
- Data Analysis: Compile data and prepare reports to support business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse groups.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, to manage data and prepare reports.
