Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Synergis. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our leadership team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our leadership team, including expense reporting, timekeeping, and travel arrangements.
- Office Management: Oversee the management of our office, including the coordination of meetings, logistics, and supplies.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve schedule and meeting room conflicts, ensuring seamless operations.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among our staff.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Experience with business expense processing, timekeeping, and travel arrangements required; experience with Microsoft Suite required.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Positive attitude, proactive approach, teamwork, detail-oriented, efficient, and proficient in Microsoft Suite.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $19.00 to $22.00, depending on factors including client requirements, experience, and location. Benefits available to full-time employees include medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k, and commuter benefits.
