Administrative Coordinator

This role supports the directors and senior managers of Optimal Inc.'s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) organization, located in the United States. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support, including managing mail, email correspondence, and daily schedules. They will also coordinate logistics, arrange conference rooms, and resolve meeting requests and conflicts in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, email correspondence, and daily schedules
- Coordinate logistics, including travel plans and equipment needs
- Arrange conference rooms and resolve meeting requests and conflicts
- Provide administrative support, including document preparation and SharePoint management
- Represent Optimal Inc. in a professional manner, interfacing with employees at all levels
Requirements:
- Pays attention to detail and can work through difficult situations calmly
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and support multiple assignments and projects simultaneously
- Proactive in resolving issues and concerns
- Proficient in Company software, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Education:
An Associate or Bachelor's Degree in an applicable discipline or equivalent work experience in the requested field is required.
