Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the CEO's daily agenda, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel logistics.
- Serve as the liaison between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders, managing communications through emails, phone calls, and other channels.
- Draft and refine correspondence, presentations, and reports for the CEO, and assist with financial documentation.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Conduct research and gather data for various initiatives and presentations.
- Assist the CEO in monitoring and managing key performance indicators and other significant metrics.
- Support the executive team with project management tasks, such as developing timelines and schedules.
- Maintain and categorize confidential company documents and information.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and task execution.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by the CEO.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communication, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable role.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
