Office Coordinator

Captain Jay's Corporate Offices is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Office Operations: Manage daily office activities, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring all necessary supplies are readily available.
- Communication and Coordination: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, as well as handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and package deliveries.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, tracking office supplies and placing orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Administrative Support: Provide prompt and accurate assistance to employees, handling administrative inquiries, and maintaining records and filing systems.
- HR Support: Assist with HR-related tasks, including onboarding new hires, organizing employee files, and supporting payroll processing.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to team projects and company initiatives by providing administrative support and coordination as required.
- Time Management and Multitasking: Manage and coordinate office operations, including scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and maintaining an organized calendar.
- Communication and Customer Service: Handle correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls, with professionalism and efficiency.
- Inventory Management and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of office supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed, and ensuring timely replenishment.
- Administrative Support and Reporting: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation required for internal and external communications.
- Travel Coordination and Onboarding: Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and itinerary management, while adhering to company policies.
- Administrative Tasks and Office Maintenance: Support various administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, filing documents, and maintaining a clean and orderly office environment.
- Liaison and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between different departments to streamline communication and foster collaboration within Captain Jay's Corporate Offices.
