Position Summary: We are in search of an Intelligence Center of Excellence (ICoE) Liaison Officer (LNO) to facilitate the modernization of intelligence systems for the Department of the Army G-2 (DA G-2) and the Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Task Force (TF).

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline such as Computer Science, Political Science, Security Studies, Engineering, or Information Technology.
  • Over 10 years of experience in intelligence analysis and Department of Defense (DoD) doctrine, emphasizing technology modernization and integration. A portion of work experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Comprehensive understanding of intelligence collection techniques, analytical methodologies, and contemporary intelligence technologies.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the ICoE Commanding General (CG) or designated representatives to develop and present the Intelligence Transformation Update Briefing.
  • Coordinate the dissemination of the Intelligence Transformation Update Briefing across the Military Intelligence Corps, DA G-2 ISR TF, and US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM).
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of existing intelligence doctrine and requirements for modernization, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
  • Draft, edit, and produce clear and concise documentation to support the development of updated intelligence doctrine and requirements.
  • Advise on best practices and innovative strategies to improve intelligence operations, training, and modernization initiatives.
  • Engage in decision-making forums, providing expertise and insights to guide strategic direction and priorities.
  • Facilitate discussions and workshops to gather stakeholder input on intelligence transformation efforts.
  • Analyze and synthesize information from diverse sources to assist in policy formulation.
  • Support the integration of emerging technologies and methodologies into modern intelligence practices.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Army intelligence operations, doctrine, training, and modernization trends to inform decision-making.
  • Prepare presentations and materials to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
  • Must possess a Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Majority of the role will focus on ICoE CG priorities as directed by the CG or designated representatives in alignment with Army MI Modernization Objectives.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary, with a significant portion of work conducted in designated locations and travel as required for assigned tasks.
  • Must be a self-starter capable of working autonomously.
