Intelligence Liaison Officer for Army Modernization

Position Summary: We are in search of an Intelligence Center of Excellence (ICoE) Liaison Officer (LNO) to assist in the modernization initiatives of the Department of the Army G-2 (DA G-2), focusing on Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Task Force (TF).
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline such as Computer Science, Political Science, Security Studies, Engineering, or Information Technology.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in intelligence analysis and Department of Defense (DoD) doctrine, emphasizing technology modernization and integration. Four years of professional experience may substitute for a college degree.
- Comprehensive understanding of intelligence collection methodologies, analytical techniques, and contemporary intelligence technologies.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Collaborate with the ICoE Commanding General (CG) or designated representatives to create and present the Intelligence Transformation Update Briefing.
- Coordinate the dissemination of the Intelligence Transformation Update Briefing across the Military Intelligence Corps, DA G-2 ISR TF, and US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM).
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of existing intelligence doctrine and requirements for modernized capabilities, pinpointing areas for enhancement.
- Draft, edit, and produce clear, concise documentation to support the development of updated intelligence doctrine and requirements.
- Advise on best practices and innovative strategies to improve intelligence operations, training, and modernization efforts.
- Engage in decision-making forums, offering expertise and insights to guide strategic direction and priorities.
- Facilitate discussions and workshops to gather stakeholder input on intelligence transformation initiatives.
- Analyze and synthesize information from diverse sources to assist in formulating policy recommendations.
- Support the integration of emerging technologies and methodologies into modern intelligence practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Army intelligence operations, doctrine, training, and modernization trends to effectively inform decision-making.
- Develop presentations and materials to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Must possess a Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Willingness to travel as necessary, with the majority of work conducted in support of the ICoE CG focus areas.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.
