About the Role

The recruiting team at GlossGenius is responsible for driving the company's success by finding exceptional talent that shares our mission to empower entrepreneurship.

In this role, you will be responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting on high-volume roles across Customer Experience and Sales, as well as supporting other roles across the business as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with leaders across CX and Sales to deeply understand their hiring needs and provide strategic guidance.
  2. Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple searches simultaneously across various departments and levels.
  3. Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets.
  4. Analyze conversion metrics throughout the pipeline and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  5. Manage the entire offer process, including extending offers.
  6. Create innovative sourcing strategies to differentiate GlossGenius at the top of the funnel.
  7. Support hiring across G&A and GTM functions as needed.
Requirements
  1. 1+ years of recruiting experience, preferably at a high-growth technology company or startup.
  2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  3. Superb verbal and written communication skills.
  4. A passion for building exceptional teams.
  5. An ability to operate with a high sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail.
  6. A customer-focused attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a track record of providing a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers.
Benefits and Perks

The starting base salary for this role in New York, California, and Washington is between $85,000-$105,000 + target equity + benefits.
