Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process from candidate sourcing, interviewing, to offer/negotiation.
  • Build talent networks by developing prospects into qualified candidates through continued engagement and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with clients to fully understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance based on job market.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and use all resources to find the best fit for candidates and open roles.
  • Conduct continued research to stay abreast of industry trends and become a subject matter expert for clients and candidates.
About You

We are looking for a personable and enthusiastic individual with an aptitude for building relationships. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 2 years of recruiting experience and a strong motivation for personal growth and success.
