About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Director to lead our Radiology department in a 160-bed hospital with a Level 4 Trauma center. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to take charge of radiology services and contribute to the hospital's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee and manage the daily operations of the radiology department, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality patient care.
  • To supervise and develop staff members, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous learning.
  • To maintain and improve relationships with referring physicians, ensuring exceptional communication and customer service.

Requirements:

  • Board certification in Radiology or related specialty.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership roles, preferably in healthcare management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
