We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at US Renal Care's Griffin Clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the efficient operation of the clinic.
Job SummaryThe Dialysis Licensed Practical Nurse position is a dynamic role that requires strong clinical skills, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
The ideal candidate will have current LVN/LPN licensure in their state, CPR certification, and previous dialysis experience. Additionally, they must be able to distinguish all primary colors and possess basic computer skills, including proficiency in USRC clinical applications.
Responsibilities- Demonstrate effective use of supplies and staff labor hours.
- Assist with billing log preparation and updates.
- Perform duties as assigned to meet patient care or operational needs of the clinic.
- Obtain blood samples for laboratory analysis as required to complete physician orders.
- Complete and document monthly review of patient medication profiles.
- Maintain thorough, accurate, and appropriate documentation in the patient record.
- Current LVN/LPN license in applicable state.
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
- Previous dialysis experience preferred.
- Successful completion of USRC training program approved by the Medical Director.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of English language and ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
This salary range is an estimate based on national averages for similar positions in the United States.
