Responsibilities and Requirements
As an IT Systems Analyst at Rinnai America Corporation, your responsibilities will include providing help-desk support, network support, and participating in developing strategic goals for the Information Technology Plan. You will also liaise with IT vendors, assist in implementing, documenting, and training hardware and software, and perform intra-group roles with the Network and Telecommunications Systems Group.

You will be expected to possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a data processing environment equivalent to a microcomputer specialist performing configuration, implementation, administration, and support of LANs is required. Additionally, a minimum of 2 years of experience in developing and maintaining database systems and department-wide applications is preferred.

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
