About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a minimum of 1 year of laboratory experience. Your strong critical thinking and organizational skills will enable you to maintain high levels of accuracy in patient care and lab testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain acceptable accuracy in patient, quality assurance, proficiency, and competency testing.
  • Ensure correct patient or specimen identification.
  • Adhere to departmental error rate standards in testing or reporting results.
  • Document investigation and correct interpretation of quality assurance failures or trends.
  • Achieve acceptable scores in proficiency and personnel competency testing.
  • Maintain instrumentation for testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • An Associate's degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
  • A Certificate in Medical Technology.
  • Demonstrated accuracy in patient care and lab testing processes.
  • Strong critical thinking and organizational skills.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you can expect:

Location:

This role is based in Griffin, GA, and you will be required to work Wednesday-Friday, 6am-6:30pm. We offer guaranteed hours, but they may vary depending on the needs of the department.
