Medical Director for Newborn Care

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatologist to lead our newborn care team. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for providing medical coverage for our 18-bed Mother-Baby Unit and Level-II NICU.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide medical leadership and direction to our neonatal team
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient flow and high-quality care
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records
- Mentor and educate junior staff members on best practices and new developments in neonatology
Requirements
- Board Eligible/Board Certified Neonatologist with NICU/NRP experience
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with bread-and-butter care of premature infants and neonatal procedures
