  • Ensure proper storage of food items in accordance with safety regulations
  • Maintain accurate weekly and monthly financial reports
  • Uphold sanitation and safety standards within the kitchen

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated experience as a Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Head Chef
  • Practical experience in menu planning and ingredient sourcing
  • Comprehensive knowledge of diverse recipes
  • Understanding of kitchen sanitation and safety guidelines
  • Strong organizational capabilities

  • Proficient in leading a team in a dynamic work environment
