Overview:

Element Materials Technology is seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Support Administrator to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN for a 6 to 8 month assignment. This is a great opportunity to develop your career within a global testing and inspection business.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction for a group of dedicated customers by answering questions, recommending testing, and providing reports.
  • Contact clients to resolve issues, including missing sample information, analysis verification, billing, and payment issues.
  • Work with Accounts Receiving to resolve payment issues and with Sample Receiving to address issues with samples received.
  • Follow the Quality System as documented in the Quality Manual.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment and comply with all rules and responsibilities as outlined under the corporate Health and Safety Policy.

Skills / Qualifications:

  • A science background is preferred.
  • Relevant experience within a lab is preferred.
  • Highly motivated and organized individual with a flexible approach to work.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality or safety.
