We are seeking a Front Desk Attendant to support our Tower Senior Apartments in Minneapolis, MN. As an ambassador of the community, this position provides building oversight and a customer experience that will always be remembered with the highest level of responsiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Acknowledge and greet all residents, guests, staff, volunteers, and vendors with utmost courtesy and urgency, opening doors and providing assistance where appropriate and possible.
- Assure prompt and positive action on all resident service opportunities, including requests, complaints, questions, concerns, and suggestions.
- Answer the telephone using professional telephone etiquette, taking accurate messages and ensuring their delivery.
- Clearly communicate issues and outcomes to the building manager, supervisor, and following shift.
- Keep the lobby/common spaces and entry neat and clean and welcoming to residents and visitors.
Qualifications:
- No previous experience required, but prefer work experience in a customer service setting.
- Excellent customer service skills and proficiency, teamwork, and positive demeanor required.
- Organization skills and orientation to accuracy and detail.
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
